Senate Committee on Indian Affairs to Hold Business Meeting & Legislative Hearing

WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 2:30 PM EDT, the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will hold a business meeting to consider:

·        S. 1211, the Addressing Underdeveloped and Tribally Operated Streets (AUTOS) Act

·        H.R. 1388, the Lytton Rancheria Homelands Act of 2019

The business meeting will be immediately followed by a Committee legislative hearing to receive testimony on:

·        S. 227Savanna’s Act

·        S. 288, the Justice for Native Survivors of Sexual Violence Act

·        S. 290, the Native Youth and Tribal Officer Protection Act

·        S. 982, the Not Invisible Act of 2019

·        S. 1853Bridging Agency Data Gaps and Ensuring Safety (BADGES) for Native Communities Act
