WASHINGTON — On Tuesday, July 23 at Noon Eastern Time, Independent US Presidential candidate Mark Charles, will host an AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit/Politics. Every election season Reddit invites candidates to host AMAs on their website as a way to engage the Reddit community. Andrew Yang, Marianne Williamson and Bernie Sanders have all hosted similar AMAs on Reddit.
The AMA for @MarkCharles2020 officially runs from Noon – 1 pm ET, and the AMA link will go LIVE at 11 AM ET when people can begin submitting their questions. The session is accessible through the linkhttps://www.reddit.com/r/politics/.
Reddit/Politics has 5.3 million members and this provides an opportunity for Mark Charles to engage a very broad audience with his message. According to fund raising totals released through the 2nd quarter of 2019 by the FEC, Mark is the highest raising Independent candidate. Mark’s vision for his campaign is to build a nation where ‘We the People’ truly means ALL the people (MarkCharles2020.com).
In other campaign news, Mark recently returned from a campaign trip through the Southwest United States that began with the Navajo Nation and included an event at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, NM. Mark is beginning his campaign with stops throughout Native America to demonstrate that presiding over the lands known as Turtle Island (North America) begins by campaigning to the Indigenous hosts of the land. Mark is scheduled to appear along with other presidential candidates at a Forum on Native Issues in Sioux City, IA at the Orpheum Theater on August 19-20, 2019. https://siouxcityjournal.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/sioux-city-s-orpheum-to-host-presidential-candidate-forum-on/article_e2b1b41c-32f1-524d-8c2e-f840859e4057.html
