RFP: Tribe Seeking Consultant for Architectural Readiness Assessment Plan

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is seeking consultant services to develop an Architectural Readiness Assessment Plan for its broadband deployment plan.  Consultant services must include, but not limited to: 

  • Market and Economic Viability and Future Sustainability

  • Financial and Business Model, Design and Construction Cost for both hard wired and wireless including FAA requirements.

  • Identification of potential partners and recommendation to Tribe for possible partnership agreements and recommendation of operating systems

  • Network and Data Center Design Including Identification and planned expenses for utility poles, pole replacements, tower structure, assessment of necessary permits and integration with carrier partners

  • Operations and Maintenance Plan Including technological upgrade opportunities, operations management recommendations and preliminary cost and timeline for implementation.

  • Time frame for starting and ending consultation project

  • Statement regarding past work and support of Native American Tribes, or proof of Native Owned and Operated Business.

Deliverable must include written analysis with documented quantifiable and categorical variables. Consultant must adhere to all Tribal Laws unless otherwise granted a Tribal waiver.

Consultants bidding and winning this bid may continue to bid on other Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Broadband bids.
