WASHINGTON — On February 11, the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) kicks off its 2019 Executive Council Winter Session (ECWS) with the 17th Annual State of Indian Nations (SOIN) address broadcasted live from Knight Studios at the Newseum in Washington, D.C.

NCAI President Jefferson Keel will deliver the SOIN address followed by the Congressional Response to be announced. The SOIN address will outline the goals of Indian Country, the opportunities for success and advancement of Native peoples, and the priorities for our nation-to-nation relationship with the United States.
