The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is seeking a Qualifications Package for Professional Engineering, Surveying and Construction Administration Services to assist in the construction of the proposed Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Early Childcare Center and the adjacent Bureau of Indian Affairs right – of – way project, located at Meetinghouse Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. The scope of the bidder’s engineering work in connection with the project is to provide construction administration services, including, but not limited to staking of the property, conducting surveys, preparing as built foundation and as-built surveys/plans, soil inspections and related meetings and correspondence.

The (Owner) Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is seeking a Qualifications Package for Professional Architectural Services, to assist in the construction of the proposed Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Early Childcare Center located at Meetinghouse Road, Mashpee, MA.
Project Description: The project consists of the construction of a new Childcare Center on tribal lands. The new one-story building, on a slab, will include 4 classrooms, office support area, and a multipurpose room, and other support spaces. Approximate square footage is 5,300 sf. The scope of the bidder’s architectural work (including MEP) in connection with the project is to provide architectural drawings, manual, oversight, related meetings and correspondence.
