WASHINGTON — Michael Cohen, the former personal lawyer to Donald Trump, will testify before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday. In prepared congressional testimony obtained by POLITICO on Tuesday evening, Cohen will say about his former boss, now the president of the United States:

He is a racist.

He is a conman.

He is a cheat.

Cohen will testify while his former boss will be in Vietnam for a summit with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un for the second summit between Trump and the North Korean leader.
