Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission Meeting for Victims of Fraudulent Auto Sales Cases.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

ST. MICHAELS, Navajo Nation ­— Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission (“NNHRC”) is hosting a meeting for victims who are a part of the Francisco Lerma and Jason Kehoe criminal case regarding fraudulent auto sales contracts. The meeting will discuss restitution by Jason Kehoe and Francisco Lerma to the victims.

On December 13, 2018 a sentencing and restitution hearing for Jason Kehoe will be held at the Navajo County Division 1 Superior Court Room, Holbrooke AZ. In preparation for the December 13th hearing, NNHRC is hosting meeting for the victims to learn more about the restitution hearing.
