Notice is hereby given that an Emergency meeting of the Mashpee Old Indian Meeting House Authority, Inc. (“MOIMHA”) Board of Directors will be held in the chambers of the Board of Directors at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Community & Government Building, 483 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, Massachusetts on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, from 7:15P.M. – 7:30P.M. (prevailing Eastern time) to discuss and consider approval of the following items:

2022-MOIMHA-001, Approval of Engagement Letter with Dorsey & Whitney for tax and legal services;

2022-MOIMHA-002, Approval of Power of Attorney to Dorsey & Whitney;

Discussion on Amendment to the Purpose Clause of the Articles of Organization and Bylaws of the MOIMHA.
Article IV of the Constitution of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe requires that the Tribal Council members serve as the MOIMHA’s Board of Directors.
