Delaware Nation Joins Lawsuit Protecting Our Sovereignty, Protecting Our Citizens And Protecting Our Employees
On Thursday, February 13, 2020, Delaware Nation joined the Chickasaw, Cherokee, Choctaw, Citizens of Potawatomi, Muscogee (Creek) and Quapaw Nations’ lawsuit to challenge Gov. Kevin Stitt’s stance on gaming compacts. We look forward to participating in this litigation.
