2020 Cares Medical Transportation And 2020 Cares Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs Now Available
2020 CARES Pharmaceutical Assistance Program
Due to COVID-19, assistance with the cost of needed medical prescriptions for enrolled Delaware Nation Tribal Citizens (NATION WIDE) will be available up to $300.00 for out of pocket expenses. Please provide all needed information to be reimbursed for these expenses. This program will be available every month as long as CARES funds are available.
2020 CARES Medical Transportation Program
Due to COVID-19, assistance with the cost of transportation to and from needed medical appointments for enrolled Delaware Nation Tribal Citizens (NATION WIDE) will be available at 57.5 cents per mile (GSA rates). Please list all dates for the month. A separate application must be completed for each clinic location. This funding will be available each month as long as CARES funding is available.
